The aftermath immediately after a giant building fire was put out on west 21st street between 7th and 8th avenue. Video shows a woman being taken away on a stretcher, exhausted looking firemen drenched in sweat catching their breathe, a fireman inside the building throwing ashes, soot, and burnt goods out of a window onto the street, and firetrucks filling up all the surrounding blocks as the devastated residents had to stand by waiting to see if they lost everything.
